• Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.
• For all orders, please provide your complete street address with pin code and nearest landmark.
• We use several different shipping carriers/methods depending on type of shipment and geographic location.
• Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
• The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners. Usually, orders are delivered between 2-8 working days in India except for remote locations. In rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances), these shipment-processing times may be delayed. In the event of unforeseen delays outside of our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice.
• Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re kept in a cool dry place at all times, failing to do so will lead to the product getting spoilt and your claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Mighty Millets Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.

Returns

You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must –

• be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• in the original packaging
• need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies and procedures.

Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
