HOW IT WORKS

Take your time and fill in details about your health conditions, eating habits, lifestyle, likes, dislikes and daily routine atleast 2 days before the first session.

You are required to honestly answer all the questions so that we can provide you with the best plan of action.

This session is all about getting to know you better. This includes discussing your eating habits and lifestyle in detail. This is followed by making a customised smart plan, providing tips, recipes and recommending medical tests (if required).

This usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

We measure how far you are able to adhere to the plan provided and help you solve any challenges faced regarding the same, before going on to make changes in the plan to match your aim, results already achieved, and decided timelines.

In the last session, we work together to curate a master maintenance plan which you can follow in future with ease and success.

This ends with you filling out a short feedback form.

A balanced diet with home cooked food will be provided which takes care of your daily schedule and all other important aspects.

No. Totally natural, home-made food will be provided in the plan.

Weight loss depends on your strict adherence to the plan and various other factors. We also believe that weight loss should be done in a healthy way. Gradual weight loss is long lasting. However, you can expect a weight loss of 7-10 kgs in 3 months.

The diet for every client is customised according to their daily schedule.

We worship our philosophy 'Don't Starve. Eat Smart.' All the food groups will be included in the diet plan. You will never feel weak again!

It's a ratio of 70:30. 70?pends on diet but if you exercise you will get added benefit. A brisk walk for 45 minutes will be enough.

Our plans are designed in such a way that you lose weight in a healthy manner even if you are breast feeding your baby. In fact, even your baby gets the benefit of a balanced nutrition through you.

It can be done face to face or online as well with the same level of guidance and motivation.

You will lose weight gradually with the balance diet provided. Hence, it will not be easy for the weight to bounce back. Moreover, a maintenance plan will be provided in the last week which will serve you for life.

Plans will be provided according to the medications prescribed. Many of our clients have reduced or stopped the medicines / insulin after following our plans.
