Take your time and fill in details about your health conditions, eating habits, lifestyle, likes, dislikes and daily routine atleast 2 days before the first session.
You are required to honestly answer all the questions so that we can provide you with the best plan of action.
This session is all about getting to know you better. This includes discussing your eating habits and lifestyle in detail. This is followed by making a customised smart plan, providing tips, recipes and recommending medical tests (if required).
This usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes.
We measure how far you are able to adhere to the plan provided and help you solve any challenges faced regarding the same, before going on to make changes in the plan to match your aim, results already achieved, and decided timelines.
In the last session, we work together to curate a master maintenance plan which you can follow in future with ease and success.
This ends with you filling out a short feedback form.
